- Preparation & Inspection: We strip the rod blank carefully to ensure the foundation is sound. We check the spine and ensure the structural integrity of the blank before we touch it.
- Precision Alignment: Guide placement is a science. We align the guides to ensure maximum distance and accuracy, minimizing line friction so you can cast further and with more precision.
- Professional Binding: This is where the aesthetic meets the technical. We use our signature Gold & Black trim binding, which isn’t just for looks—it provides the necessary durability to keep those guides locked in place under heavy pressure.
- Finish & Cure (The 7-Day Secret): The epoxy work is the final hurdle. We apply the finish with extreme precision. We never rush the drying process.
