Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Return Policy
At Lucikals Bait And Tackle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Custom-made or personalised terminal tackle (custom crayfish rigs, specialised traces)
- Perishable goods (live bait, frozen bait)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or clearance items
- Hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider (Paystack/PayPal) — it may take some processing time before the refund is officially posted
- If you've done both and still have not received your refund, please contact us
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and clearance items cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable). We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Shipping Returns
To return a product, please contact us for the return address. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent via untracked methods.
