Delivery Options
At Lucikals Bait And Tackle, we offer the following shipping options for customers in South Africa:
- Pargo Pickup Point — Have your order delivered to a Pargo pickup point near you. You will receive an SMS when your parcel is ready for collection.
- Pargo Home Delivery — Direct delivery to your doorstep anywhere in South Africa.
- Free Local Pickup — Collect your order for free from our location in Northcroft, Phoenix, Durban. Simply select "Local Pickup" at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method:
- Pargo Pickup Point: 3–7 business days
- Pargo Home Delivery: 3–7 business days
- Local Pickup: Ready within 1 hour during operating hours
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within South Africa only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Lucikals Bait And Tackle is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels once handed over to the courier. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider. Please contact us immediately if your parcel arrives damaged.
